teaching in 2000 Teaching today is a ample job. The children of today want to learn but there is so much involved with politics within the state and federal official goverment that it takes time away from teaching. Studies show that grade levels ar down, and stock-still more projects be required for teaching. The class dwell coat is larger and we have less time with students. The behave is non that great for any kind of incentive for children to learn. Some of are teachers are so burned out they should be retired already. The retirement plan is not taht great for us and we sure astonish in long hours.how can we change all this, I am not sure, maybe we can take a long hard look at what is neeeded for change. Schools are shared out into districts, the higher the tax level the better the education a child will get. Some persons move into better delineate districs for there childdren, they know that the pay is higher for teachers in surpass paying districts. I am not sure this pay off a great teacher.
